大黄鼻饲联合芒硝外敷治疗重症急性胰腺炎效果的meta分析

Meta-analysis of efficacy of Rhubarb nasal feeding combined with Mirabilite external application in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

目的系统评价使用大黄鼻饲联合芒硝外敷治疗重症急性胰腺炎的效果。方法根据纳入和排除标准,由2位研究者使用计算机检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pub Med、OVID数据库发表的关于大黄鼻饲联合芒硝外敷治疗重症急性胰腺炎的随机对照试验,检索时间为建库至2022年4月7日,对照组为常规治疗组,观察组在对照组基础上加用大黄鼻饲联合芒硝外敷,提取数据并应用Rev Man 5.4软件进行meta分析。结果共纳入20篇文献,患者1206例,其中观察组608例,对照组598例。观察组患者的腹痛症状缓解时间[MD=-1.50,95%CI(-1.95,-1.04),P<0.00001]、首次排便时间[MD=-1.51,95%CI(-2.29,-0.72),P=0.0002]、平均住院时间[MD=-5.31,95%CI(-7.33,-3.30),P<0.00001]短于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论大黄鼻饲联合芒硝外敷治疗重症急性胰腺炎可尽早缓解患者腹痛症状,并可缩短首次排便时间及平均住院时间。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Rhubarb nasal feeding combined with Mirabilite external application in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis. Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, two researchers used computers to search the randomized controlled trials of Rhubarb nasal feeding combined with Mirabilite external application in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis published in CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, Pub Med and OVID databases from the establishment of the database to April 7, 2022. The control group was the conventional treatment group,and the observation group was additionally given Rhubarb nasal feeding combined with Mirability external application on the basis of the control group, and the data were extracted and meta analysis was performed by Rev Man 5.4 software. Results A total of 20 literatures were included, including 1 206 patients, including 608 patients in the observation group and598 patients in the control group. The duration of abdominal pain symptom relief(MD=-1.50, 95%CI [-1.95,-1.04], P<0.000 01), the duration of first defecation(MD=-1.51, 95%CI [-2.29,-0.72], P=0.000 2), the average length of hospital stay(MD=-5.31, 95%CI [-7.33,-3.30], P<0.000 01) was shorter than the control group, the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion Rhubarb nasal feeding combined with Mirabilite external application in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can alleviate the symptoms of abdominal pain as soon as possible, and shorten the first defecation time and average hospital stay.
