经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果比较

Comparison of clinical effects of transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的 比较经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术与经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床效果。方法 选取2017年1月1日至2022年3月1日镇江市第一人民医院新区分院收治的150例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=75)与试验组(n=75)。对照组患者采用经尿道前列腺电切术治疗,试验组患者采用经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果、国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量(QOL)评分。结果 试验组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的IPSS评分与QOL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的QOL评分高于对照组,IPSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用经尿道前列腺等离子剜除术治疗前列腺增生可显著提升临床效果,改善患者的前列腺症状与生活质量,值得临床应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effect of transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate and transurethral resection of prostate in the treatment of prostatic hyperplasia. Methods A total of 150 patients with prostatic hyperplasia treated in New Branch of Zhenjiang First People’s Hospital from January 1, 2017 to March 1, 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group(n=75) and the experimental group(n=75) according to random number table method. The patients in the control group were treated with transurethral resection of prostate, the patients in the experimental group were treated with transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate. The clinical effect, the international prostate symptom score(IPSS) and quality of life(QOL) scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the scores of IPSS and QOL between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the score of QOL of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the IPSS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Transurethral plasma enucleation of prostate can significantly improve the clinical effect of patients with prostatic hyperplasia, improve the symptoms of prostate and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
