护理不良事件报告障碍解决方案在传染病医院护理管理中的应用效果

Application effect of report barrier solutions for nursing adverse events in nursing management of the infectious hospital

目的 分析护理不良事件报告障碍解决方案在传染病医院护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1月至2018年12月赣州市第五人民医院护理部68名护理人员作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=34)和对照组(n=34)。对照组实施常规护理方案,观察组实施护理不良事件报告障碍解决方案;并筛选两组护理人员对应服务患者各300例。比较实施前后安全文化各维度评分及护理报告相关评分、两组患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果 观察组护理人员实施后安全文化各维度评分、护理报告意向评分及护理认知评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员实施后护理报告障碍评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 护理不良事件报告障碍解决方案可帮助提升传染病医院护理管理质量,提升护理人员的安全文化程度,降低护理不良事件报告率,进而提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of report barrier solutions for nursing adverse events in nursing management of the infectious hospital. Methods A total of 68 nursing staffs in Nursing Department of Ganzhou Fifth People’s Hospital were enrolled as the research objects. They were divided into observation group(n=34) and control group(n=34) with the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while observation group was given report barrier solutions for nursing adverse events. A total of 600 patients every 300 patients provided service by the nursing staffs in the two groups were screened out. The scores of safety culture and nursing reports before and after implementation, and satisfaction of patients with nursing work were compared between the two groups. Results After implementation, scores of safety culture, nursing report intention and nursing cognition in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After implementation, score of nursing report barrier in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The report barrier solutions for nursing adverse events can improve the quality of nursing management in infectious hospitals, improve safety culture of nursing staffs, reduce report rate of nursing adverse events, and thus improve patients’ satisfaction with nursing work.
