品管圈结合临床路径教学在心血管实习护生带教中的应用效果

Application effect of quality control circle combined with clinical path teaching in the teaching of cardiovascular intern nursing students

目的 探讨品管圈结合临床路径教学在心血管实习护生带教中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年3月至2021年3月九江市第一人民医院的60名实习护生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(30名)与对照组(30名)。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组采用品管圈结合临床路径带教方法。比较两组护生的理论学习情况、专业操作技能、学习主动性及教学工作满意度。结果 观察组的理论成绩、技能操作成绩、自主学习能力优秀率、对带教工作的总满意率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将品管圈与临床路径教学法相结合应用于心血管科实习护生带教工作中可有效改善实习生的理论掌握情况及专业技能操作情况,在提高其学习主动性的同时也能有效提升实习生对带教工作的满意度,可整体提升心血管内科护理带教老师的专业水平及带教质量,临床价值较高,值得推广应用。

Obejective To explore the application effect of quality control circle combined with clinical path teaching in the teaching of cardiovascular intern nursing students. Methods A total of 60 intern nursing students from the First People’s Hospital of Jiujiang City from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the observation group(30 cases) and the control group(30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group used traditional teaching methods, while the observation group used quality control circle combined with clinical path teaching methods. The theoretical learning, professional operation skills, learning initiative and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of theoretical achievement, skill operation achievement, the excellent rate of independent learning ability and the total satisfaction rate of teaching work in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Cconclusion The combination of quality control circle and clinical path teaching method in the teaching of interns nursing students in cardiovascular department can effectively improve the interns’ theoretical mastery and professional skills, improve their learning initiative, and also effectively improve the interns’ satisfaction with the teaching work. It can improve the professional level and teaching quality of nursing teachers in cardiovascular department as a whole. It has high clinical value and is worth popularizing and application.
