摘要 目的 探讨教师标准化病人(TSP)/客观结构化临床考试(OSCE)模式下微视频翻转课堂教学法在儿科新入职护士带教中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析南昌大学第一附属医院儿科的50名新入职护士的资料,将2020年1月至2021年1月的25名新入职护士纳入对照组,将2021年2月至2022年1月的25名新入职护士纳入观察组。观察组采用TSP/OSCE模式下微视频翻转课堂教学法,对照组采用传统临床教学,根据TSP/OSCE模式对两组护士进行考核,比较两组护士的考核成绩;采用问卷调查的形式分析比较TSP对两组护士的评价及两组护士对临床教学的满意度。结果 观察组护士的考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TSP对观察组护士的评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士对教学的满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TSP/OSCE模式下微视频翻转课堂教学法能够帮助新入职护士提升学习效率,更快地增强临床能力,培养临床思维,提升新入职护士对临床教学的满意度。 Objective To explore the application effect of micro-video flipped classroom teaching method under the model of teacher standardized patient(TSP)/objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) in the teaching of newly recruited nurses in department of pediatrics. Methods The data of 50 newly recruited nurses in Department of Pediatrics of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were retrospectively analyzed. A total of 25 newly recruited nurses from January2020 to January 2021 were included in the control group, and another 25 newly recruited nurses from January 2021 to January 2022 were enrolled as the observation group. The observation group adopted the micro-video flipped classroom teaching method under the TSP/OSCE model, and the control group was given traditional clinical teaching. The two groups of nurses are assessed according to the TSP/OSCE model, and the assessment results of the two groups of nurses were compared. Questionnaire survey was used to analyze and compare the evaluation of TSP on the two groups of nurses and the satisfaction of the two groups of nurses about clinical teaching. Results The assessment results of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The evaluation of TSP on nurses in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The teaching satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Micro-video flipped classroom teaching method under the TSP/OSCE model can help newly recruited nurses to improve the learning efficiency, enhance the clinical ability quickly,cultivate the clinical thinking, and improve the satisfaction of newly recruited nurses about clinical teaching.
