乡村文化治理能力贫困与乡村振兴提出来的乡村治理能力要求不相适应,构成乡村振兴的矛盾运动。乡村文化治理体系现代化和乡村文化治理能力不足之间的矛盾正深刻影响着中国乡村振兴战略目标实现的现代化进程。积极推进乡村治理能力现代化,塑造和提高乡村文化治理能力,成为实现乡村振兴战略和推进中国式现代化的关键。贫富差距是造成乡村文化治理能力结构性失衡的根本性原因。共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是社会主义的文明特征。克服和消除贫富差距,推动共同富裕,实现从传统乡村走向现代中国乡村,是中国乡村文化治理能力建设的根本途径和目标。

The inadequacy of rural cultural governance capacity and the incompatibility of rural governance capacity proposed by rural revitalization constitute the contradictory movement of rural revitalization in China. The contradiction between modernization of rural cultural governance system and the lack of rural cultural governance capacity is profoundly affecting the modernizing process of the accomplishment of strategic goal of rural revitalization in China. It has been commonly recognized that the key to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is actively promoting the modernization of rural governance capacity, shaping and improving rural cultural governance capacity. The gap between the rich and poor is the fundamental historical reason for structural imbalance of rural cultural governance capacity. Common prosperity is China’s socialist value and characteristic of socialism civilization. To overcome and eliminate the wealth gap, to promote common prosperity as well as to realize the transformation from traditional villages to modern villages is the fundamental approach and goal of cultural governance capacity in rural China.
