羊膜腔穿刺孕妇不良情绪状况及影响因素分析

Analysis of adverse emotional state and influencing factors in amniocentesis pregnant women

目的调查羊膜腔穿刺孕妇焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪的状况,分析其影响因素。方法选取甘肃省某妇幼保健院2021年8—12月行羊膜腔穿刺的394例孕妇作为调查对象,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)调查孕妇的心理状况。采用单因素分析及Logistic回归模型分析羊膜腔穿刺孕妇产生不良情绪的影响因素。结果单因素分析发现,年龄、民族、孕妇职业、居住地、文化程度、家庭月收入、受孕方式、是否剖宫产、是否不良孕产史、是否参加过孕期培训、白细胞(WBC)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与不良情绪有关(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度高、家庭月收入高、有不良孕产史及白细胞增多是羊膜腔穿刺孕妇不良情绪的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论羊膜腔穿刺孕妇不良情绪的发生率高,临床工作人员应给予重视,加强针对性的干预措施,同时也为产前开展心理卫生保健工作提供依据。

Objective To investigate the state of anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions in pregnant women undergoing amniocentesis and analyze the influencing factors.Methods 394 pregnant women who underwent amniocentesis from August to December 2021 in a maternal and child health hospital in Gansu Province were selected as investigation objects.The psychological status of pregnant women was investigated by Selfrating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS).Univariate analysis and Logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of adverse mood in pregnant women with amniocentesis.Results Univariate analysis showed that age,nationality,occupation,residence,education level,monthly family income,method of conception,cesarean section,adverse pregnancy history,pregnancy training,white blood cells(WBC),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)were correlated with adverse mood(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high education level,high monthly family income,adverse pregnancy history and leukocytosis were the main influencing factors for adverse mood of pregnant women with amniocentesis(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of adverse mood is high in pregnant women with amniocentesis.Clinical staff should pay more attention,strengthen targeted intervention measures,and provide evidence for prenatal mental health care.
