Management Mode of Secondary Warehouse of Medical High-value Consumables Based on Material Supply Chain

该研究分析了医用高值耗材传统管理模式存在的主要问题,提出通过医院物资供应链管理系统和医院信息系统(HIS)全面对接、实时共享,建立针对医用高值耗材的二级库管理模式。二级库管理模式实现了医用高值耗材申领、供应商管理、零库存管理、预警、全流程追溯等功能,弥补了传统一级库管理模式的不足,为财务预算提供了真实准确的数据,为全成本核算奠定了基础。

In this paper, the main problems existing in the traditional management mode of medical high-value consumables were analyzed, and the secondary warehouse management mode for medical high-value consumables was established, with the proposal of comprehensive connection and real-time sharing between hospital material supply chain management system and hospital information system(HIS). The functions such as medical high-value consumables application, supplier management, zero inventory management,early warning, and whole process tracing were realized through the secondary warehouse management mode, which can make up for the shortcomings of the traditional primary database management model, provide true and accurate data for the financial budget, and lay the foundation for full cost accounting.
