光棒引导下插管与喉镜插管对急诊抢救患者一次性插管成功率的影响

Influence of Light Rod Guided Intubation and Laryngoscope Intubation on the Success Rate of One-time Intubation for Emergency Patients

目的 探究光棒引导下插管与喉镜插管对急诊抢救患者一次性插管成功率的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2020年12月医院收治的40例急诊抢救插管患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各20例。对照组采用喉镜插管,试验组采用光棒引导下插管,对比两组血气指标,血流动力学指标,插管次数、插管耗时、一次性成功率及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组动脉血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))水平高于对照组;动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))和乳酸(LAC)水平均低于对照组;插管10 min和拔管时的心率、舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组;试验组插管次数少于对照组,插管耗时短于对照组;一次插管成功率高于对照组,且并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论 急诊抢救时,应用光棒引导插管利于改善患者的血气指标和血流动力学指标,且一次性插管成功率较高,并发症发生率较低。

Objective The effect of light rod-guided intubation and laryngoscope intubation on the success rate of one-time intubation in emergency rescue patients was analyzed. Methods 40 cases of emergency rescue intubation patients admitted to Wuzhou Workers’ Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into the test group and the control group, 20 cases each. The control group was intubated with laryngoscope, and the test group was intubated with light rod guidance.The power of one-time intubation was compared between the two groups. Results The arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)) of patients in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)) and lactate(LAC) analysis were significantly lower than those in the control group.The diastolic pressure, systolic pressure, heart rate, intubation times, time consumption and complications at the time of 10 minutes of intubation and extubation were all lower than those in the control group. The one-time intubation success rate was higher. Conclusion During emergency rescue, the use of light rod guided intubation is conducive to improving the blood gas indicators and hemodynamic indicators of patients, and the one-time intubation success rate is high, and the incidence of complications is low.
