摘要
表观遗传是一类可遗传性的基因修饰过程,是生物体应对环境变化做出的反应,参与调控肿瘤的发生发展,目前未被充分认识。近期研究表明,表观遗传可能是皮肤鳞状细胞癌(cSCC)发生发展的关键因素之一,本文就表观遗传基因学领域在cSCC中的最新进展作一综述,为cSCC的治疗提供理论依据。
Epigenetics is a kind of heritable genetic modification process,which is the response of organisms to environmental changes and participates in the regulation of tumor occurrence and development, which is not fully understood at present.,. Recent studies have shown that epigenetics may be one of the key factors in the occurrence and development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma(cSCC).This paper reviews the latest progress in the field of epigenetics in cSCC,to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of cSCC.
