天疱疮并发糖尿病影响因素的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors of pemphigus complicated with diabetes mellitus

摘要 天疱疮是自身免疫引起表皮棘层细胞松解导致的慢性复发性表皮内大疱性皮肤病,天疱疮患者治疗过程中易并发糖尿病。而糖尿病会加重天疱疮患者负担,影响预后,故本文就天疱疮易并发糖尿病可能的影响因素进行综述。 Pemphigus is a chronic recurrent intradermal bullous skin disease caused by autoimmune epidermal acantholysis.Patients with pemphigus are prone to be complicated with diabetes during treatment. Diabetes can increase the burden of pemphigus patients and affect the prognosis. Therefore,this article reviews the possible influencing factors of the susceptibility of pemphigus to diabetes.
