针灸治疗对精神分裂症患者血清IL-2、IL-6水平的影响

Effect of acupuncture on serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨针灸治疗对精神分裂症患者血清IL-2、IL-6水平的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2021年12月昆明市精神病院精神科收治的60例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为药物组(30例)和针灸组(30例)。药物组采用常规抑制精神类药物进行治疗,针灸组在药物组的基础上增加针灸治疗,分别于人体的太冲、百会、足三里以及关元4个穴位,每周进行3次针灸治疗。观察药物组和针灸组治疗前后的精神病量表(BPRS)评分与阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、治疗副反应量表(TESS)评分,以及血清IL-2、IL-6水平变化。结果两组治疗前BPRS评分、PANSS评分及TESS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);针灸组治疗4周和治疗8周的BPRS评分、PANSS评分及TESS评分明显优于药物组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前、治疗4周和治疗8周后的IL-2水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前两组IL-6水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗4周和治疗8周后的IL-6水平与治疗前比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论针灸治疗可有效改善精神分裂症患者精神症状,无治疗副作用,可有效改善患者的IL-2、IL-6的表达水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture on the levels of serum IL-2 and IL-6 in patients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 patients with schizophrenia admitted in the Department of Psychiatry of Kunming Psychiatric Hospital from June 2019 to December 2021 were selected as research subjects,and they were divided into drug treatment group(30 cases)and acupuncture group(30 cases)by random number table.The drug treatment group were given conventional inhibitory psychotropic drugs,and the acupuncture group,on the basis of the drug treatment group,were treated with acupuncture on the four acupoints of Taichong,Baihui,Zusanli,and Guanyuan,three times a week.The changes of brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score,positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)score,treatment side effects scale(TESS)score,and serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in BPRS score,PANSS score and TESS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The BPRS scores,PANSS scores and TESS scores of the acupuncture group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were significantly better than those of the drug treatment group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-2 before treatment,after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of IL-6 before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);the IL-6 levels after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture treatment can effectively improve the mental symptoms of patients with schizophrenia and the expression levels of IL-2 and IL-6 without side effects.
