仙灵骨葆联合塞来昔布治疗慢性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of Xianling Gubao tablets combined with celecoxib in the treatment of chronic gouty arthritis

目的探究仙灵骨葆联合塞来昔布治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法选取2020年6月至2021年7月治疗的慢性痛风性关节炎患者80例,按照随机分组法将患者分为对照组和实验组各40例,所有患者均予非布司他降尿酸治疗,痛风发作时对照组采用塞来昔布治疗,实验组在对照组基础上服用仙灵骨葆24周治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后中医症候积分、治疗前后患者体内尿酸(UA)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平、中医临床总有效率和两组患者治疗前后疼痛感评分。结果治疗前两组患儿中医症候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组中医症候积分均降低,且实验组低于对照组(P<0.001);治疗前两组患者血清中的UA和CRP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均降低(P<0.001),但是两组患者治疗后尿酸水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.001);实验组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论仙灵骨葆联合塞来昔布治疗慢性痛风性关节炎具有临床可行性。

Objective To investigate the curative efficacy of Xianling Gubao tablets combined with celecoxib in the treatment of chronic gouty arthritis.Methods 80 patients with chronic gouty arthritis admitted to hospital from June 2020 to July 2021 were selected and then divided into control group and study group according to the random grouping method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with febuxostat to reduce uric acid.When gout attacked,the control group were treated with celecoxib,and the study group were given Xianling Gubao tablets for 24 weeks on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,levels of uric acid(UA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment,TCM total effective rate,and pain scores of both groups before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the TCM syndromes scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in levels of serum UA and CRP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the levels in both group were decreased after treatment(P<0.001),but there was no statistically significant difference in the UA levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).CRP level in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.001).Curative effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Xianling Gubao tablets combined with celecoxib has clinical feasibility in the treatment of chronic gouty arthritis.
