摘要
为提升信息化服务水平,拓展地理信息数据和技术在“智慧城市”建设中的应用场景,同时结合北京市停车设施资源信息“一张图”建设的相关需求,文中描述了一种以多源数据资料为基础,利用地理信息技术和区划管理工具,辅助开展机动车停车设施信息普查工作的思路。介绍了停车设施信息普查单元划分和信息核查的方法与示例。成果可为停车设施信息动态更新、网格化精准管理奠定数据基础,进而为区域交通综合治理提供决策依据。
In order to improve the information service level and expand the application scenarios of geographic information data and technology in the construction of “smart city”,combined with the relevant needs of the construction of “one map” of parking facility resource information in Beijing, this paper described an idea of assisting the general survey of motor vehicle parking facility information based on multi-source data and using geographic information technology and zoning management tools. This paper introduced the specific methods and application cases of information survey unit division and information verification of parking facilities. The results can lay a data foundation for the dynamic update of parking facility information and grid accurate management, and then provide decision-making basis for the comprehensive management of regional traffic.
