综合风险普查中的房屋建筑调查软件设计与实现

摘要 根据第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查中房屋建筑调查的技术要求,结合实际调查情况,分析了开发房屋建筑调查软件的必要性,并设计开发了房屋建筑调查App及生产管理系统。软件移动端采用了矢量切片加密技术保障数据安全,设计了离线与在线模式互补策略保证了软件稳定性和经济性,信息采集采取了多种便捷化手段减少外业工作量,后台系统提供了多种对外业调查进行精细化管控的方法,软件具有可扩展性能够快速搭建其他调查模块。软件在多地综合风险普查工作中得到应用,获得了良好的效果。 House building investigation software was developed according to the technical requirements of the house building investigation on the first national survey on integrated risk of natural disasters, and we did an analysis of the necessity of developing the software combined with the actual situation of house Investigation. The App adopted a technology of map vector slice encryption to ensure data security, an offline and online complementary mode strategy was designed to ensure software stability and economy, the means of information collection was various and convenient, the web system provided a variety of methods to manage field investigation work, and the software was scalable that can extend other survey module. The software has been used in multiple house building investigation projects, and the application effect is good.
