根据第一次全国自然灾害综合风险普查中房屋建筑调查的技术要求,结合实际调查情况,分析了开发房屋建筑调查软件的必要性,并设计开发了房屋建筑调查App及生产管理系统。软件移动端采用了矢量切片加密技术保障数据安全,设计了离线与在线模式互补策略保证了软件稳定性和经济性,信息采集采取了多种便捷化手段减少外业工作量,后台系统提供了多种对外业调查进行精细化管控的方法,软件具有可扩展性能够快速搭建其他调查模块。软件在多地综合风险普查工作中得到应用,获得了良好的效果。
