摘要
传统的露天矿山监管方法外业工作量大,且易出现遗漏。本文结合无人机倾斜摄影技术的特点和优势,利用无人机倾斜摄影技术对露天矿山进行航测,生产高精度数字正射影像、数字高程模型和实景三维模型等数据,有效监管露天矿山的越界、超深、占用耕地情况、矿山开发利用方案执行情况和地质环境治理恢复执行情况,切实规范矿山有序开采。最后本文以漳州市2021年度全市持证露天矿山的监管工作为实例,说明了该方法具有较高的应用价值。
The traditional method of supervision in open-pit mines has heavy field work, and it is hard to cover completely.Based on the characteristics and advantages of UAV oblique photography technology, the paper puts forward the method of UAV oblique photography technology for open-pit mines monitoring.It designs to produce high-precision DOM,DEM and real scene 3 D models, for find the problem of open-pit mines, such as out of bounds, out of deep, occupy cultivated land, execute of development and utilization plan;execute of environmental governance. It ensures the regulated mining of open-pit mines. At last, the paper takes the supervision work of open-pit mines in Zhangzhou during the 2021 year as example, and proves the higher application value of this method.
