摘要 空间圆拟合方法主要分两步,第一步解算出空间圆所在平面的法向量,第二步计算空间圆圆心和半径。文章提出一种新的空间圆拟合方法,该方法通过BFGS数值优化算法一步即可解算出全部空间圆拟合参数。然后结合案例分析,分别采用平面与球面相截法、坐标转换法等常用空间圆拟合方法对所提新方法进行验证。经验证,新方法准确有效,拟合精度较传统方法有了一定提高。 The space circle fitting method is mainly divided into two steps. The first step is to calculate the normal vector of the plane where the space circle is located, and the second step is to calculate the center and radius of the space circle. This paper proposes a new space circle fitting method, which can solve all the space circle fitting parameters in one step through the BFGS numerical optimization algorithm. Then combined with case analysis, the methods proposed in this paper are verified by the common space circle fitting methods such as plane and sphere interception method and coordinate conversion method. It has been verified that the method in this paper is accurate and effective, and the fitting accuracy has been improved to a certain extent compared with the traditional method.
