门急诊幽门螺杆菌根除在处方前置审核干预后的用药分析

Effect of Refined Pre-prescription Review Rules on Medication Use for Helicobacter pylori Eradication

目的调查处方前置审核规则精细化设置后对幽门螺杆菌根除用药的影响。方法抽取某院2021年4~7月及9~12月所有门急诊18岁到70岁幽门螺杆菌根除处方9634张,其中4~7月为前置审核规则完善之前,共4759张,设置为对照组;9~12月为前置审核规则完善之后,共4875张,设置为观察组。结果精细化规则完善后某院幽门螺杆菌根除合格率从81.68%升到了93.87%。结论前置审核系统对门急诊幽门螺杆菌根除用药影响显著,提高了临床用药合理性,减少了幽门螺杆菌根除失败的可能。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of refined pre-prescription review rules on medication use for Helicobacter pylori eradication.METHODS A total of 9,634 prescriptions for Helicobacter pylori eradication among patients aged from 18 years to 70 years were extracted from the outpatient and emergency departments of a hospital from April to July and from September to December in 2021.A total of 4875 prescriptions after refined pre-prescription review rules(from September to December)were considered as the observation group while a total of 4759 prescriptions before refined pre-prescription review rules(from April to July)were the control group.RESULTS After the pre-prescription review rules were refined,the appropriate rate of medication use for Helicobacter pylori eradication was increased from 81.68%to 93.87%.CONCLUSION The pre-prescription review system has a significant impact on the medication use for Helicobacter pylori eradication in the outpatient and emergency departments,improves the appropriate rate of medication use,and reduces the failure rate of Helicobacter pylori eradication.
