摘要
目的探讨醒脑开窍针法联合黄芪桂枝五物汤对中风后遗症患者神经功能、运动功能以及生活能力的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年1月我院收治的中风后遗症患者176例,随机将其分为对照组与观察组各88例,两组患者行常规中风后遗症后遗症治疗,对照组在此基础上添加黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予醒脑开窍针法干预〔2〕,比较两组患者的神经功能、运动功能、生活能力及临床疗效。结果观察组接受治疗1个月后NIHSS评分低于对照组,其FMA与BI评分高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组治疗后的有效率高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P=0.026)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对中风后遗症患者采用醒脑开窍针法联合黄芪桂枝五物汤可有效促进其神经功能恢复,改善运动功能,提升生活能力,增强临床治疗效果。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of XingNao KaiQiao Acupuncture combined with HuangQi GuiZhi WuWu Decoction on nerve function,motor function and living ability of patients with apoplexy sequelae.METHODS A total of 176 cases of apoplexy sequelae patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,88 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with routine stroke sequelae.The control group was treated with HuangQi GuiZhi WuWu Decoction on the basis of this,and the observation group was treated with XingNao KaiQiao acupuncture on the basis of the control group,The neurological function,motor function,living ability and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After 1 month of treatment,NIHSS score of observation group was lower than control group,FMA and BI score were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,with statistical significance(P=0.026).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For patients with apoplexy sequelae,XingNao KaiQiao acupuncture combined with HuangQi GuiZhi WuWu Decoction can effectively promote the recovery of nerve function,improve motor function,enhance living ability and enhance the clinical treatment effect.
