浅谈特殊管理药品领取登记系统在医疗机构发药窗口的应用

Thoughts on the Supervision and Monitoring of Drugs under Special Management in Medical Institutions under the New Situation

目的对麻醉药品、精神药品、含麻黄碱类复方制剂等国家有特殊规定药品的新型管理方法进行归纳,探讨在医疗机构药房窗口进行实名认证、人证核验特殊管理药品领取、发放工作模式,分析提高患者对本项工作的认知和配合程度,进一步做好特殊药品领取工作。方法通过查阅相关文献和实地考察部分医院特殊管理药品领取登记系统的使用情况,在收集信息的基础上提出建议。结果患者对特殊管理药品有新的认识,配合程度有所提高。结论特殊管理药品领取登记系统的应用促进特殊药品的管理更加规范、高效。

OBJECTIVE To summarize the new management methods for drugs with special national regulations such as narcotic drugs,psychotropic drugs and compound preparations containing ephedrine;Discussion on the working mode of real name certification,human certificate verification and special management of drug collection and distribution in the pharmacy window of medical institutions.Discuss how to improve patients′cognition and cooperation in this work,and do a better job in drug control.METHODS Through consulting relevant literature and field investigation of the use of the registration system for special managed drugs in some hospitals,suggestions were put forward based on the information collected.RESULTS The patients had a new understanding of special management drugs,and the degree of cooperation has been improved.CONCLUSION The application of the receiving and registration system of special drugs promotes the management of special drugs to be more standardized and greater efficiency.
