摘要
血红素加氧酶-1(HO-1)是细胞内可诱导的关键抗氧化酶,其表达被认为是对抗炎症反应和氧化损伤的适应性细胞反应。巨噬细胞是单核吞噬细胞系统的主要细胞群,活化的巨噬细胞可在不同局部微环境刺激下极化为促炎M1表型和抗炎M2表型。HO-1在巨噬细胞中具有重要的免疫调节功能,可通过多种途径诱导驱动巨噬细胞向M2型极化,并参与多种疾病的发生发展,提示巨噬细胞中HO-1诱导是人类疾病的潜在治疗途径。本文主要综述HO-1的调控机制及巨噬细胞的极化,并着重讨论HO-1促进巨噬细胞向M2表型极化的作用及其在多种疾病发生发展过程中的作用。
Heme oxygenase-1(HO-1)is a key inducible antioxidant enzyme in cells,and its expression is considered to be an adaptive cellular response against inflammation and oxidative damage.Macrophages are the main cell group of the mononuclear phagocyte system.Activated macrophages can be polarized into pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype and anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype under the stimulation of different local microenvironments.HO-1 has an important immunomodulatory function in macrophages,which can induce and drive macrophages to polarize to M2 type through a variety of ways,and participate in the occurrence and development of various diseases,suggesting that HO-1 induction in macrophages is potential treatment avenues for human diseases.This article mainly reviews the regulation mechanism of HO-1 and the polarization of macrophages,and focuses on the role of HO-1 in promoting the polarization of macrophages to the M2 phenotype and its role in the occurrence and development of various diseases.
