健脾消脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝(脾虚湿盛型)患者TGF-β1、SOD、GGT及血脂水平的影响

Effect of Jianpi Xiaozhi Recipe on TGF-β1,SOD,GGT and blood lipid levels in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver(spleen deficiency and dampness type)

目的:探讨健脾消脂方对脾虚湿盛型非酒精性脂肪肝患者氧化应激指标、肝功能的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2020年8月在江西省赣州市中医院就诊的脾虚湿盛型非酒精性脂肪肝患者126例,随机分为对照组、观察组,每组63例,对照组行西医常规治疗,观察组联合健脾消脂方口服治疗,8周后比较疗效。结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组血清TGF-β1水平降低(P<0.05),氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平升高(P<0.05),血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)水平降低(P<0.05),血清γ-谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平降低(P<0.05),中医总症状积分(主要症状乏力、食欲降低,次要症状胁痛、大便溏)降低(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组[95.24%(60/63)vs77.78%(49/63),P<0.05]。结论:联合健脾消脂方对脾虚湿盛型非酒精性脂肪肝患者效果更为显著,有助于减轻炎症反应,预防纤维化,提高抗氧化能力,辅助提高临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate effects of Jianpi Xiaozhi Decoction on oxidative stress index and liver function in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver of spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods:A total of 126 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type non-alcoholic fatty liver were admitted in Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2017 to August2020,and randomly assigned into control group and observation group,with 63 cases in each group.Control group was received conventional western medicine treatment,and observation group was received oral treatment combined with Jianpi Xiaozhi Recipe.Efficacy was compared after 8 weeks of treatment.Results:After treatment,compared with control group,serum level of TGF-β1 in observation group were decreased(P<0.05),oxide dismutase(SOD)level was increased(P<0.05),levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL),triglyceride in Trilaurate(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)were decreased(P<0.05),serum levels ofγ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),glutamic-oxaloaminase(AST)and glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(ALT)were decreased(P<0.05),total symptom score(main symptom fatigue,decreased appetite,secondary symptom hypocholic pain,stools)was decreased(P<0.05).Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group[95.24%(60/63)vs 77.78%(49/63),P<0.05].Conclusion:Combination of Jianpi Xiaozhi Recipe has significant effect for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver of spleen deficiency and dampness type,which is helpful to reduce inflammatory reaction,prevent fibrosis,improve antioxidant capacity and assist in improving clinical efficacy.
