Discussion and Engineering Practice on Multi-Operator Scale-Sharing Strategy in 4G Network

当前,运营商面临着5G规模化部署和4G投资急剧收缩的双重挑战,以节约成本、取长补短、合作共赢为出发点,针对4G共建共享中覆盖互补、站址合并和新建站址等部署场景提出不同的共享策略和实施方案,以某县城中频连片共享为案例进一步验证和探讨4G规模化共享的必要性和可行性。

Currently, operators are faced with the dual challenges of large-scale 5G deployment and sharp contraction of 4G investment. Taking cost saving, learning from each other and win-win cooperation as the starting point, different sharing strategies and implementation plans are proposed for deployment scenarios such as coverage complementarity, site merger and new site construction in 4G co-construction and sharing. The necessity and feasibility of 4G scale sharing was further verified and discussed with the case of intermediate frequency continuous sharing in a county.
