政产学研协同模式下地方高校推进财经素养教育研究

Study on the Promotion of Financial Literacy Education in Local Universities Under the Government-Industry-University-Research Collaborative Mode

财经素养教育是地方高校人才培养的重要组成部分。经济社会发展与财经素养教育的复合型要求需要整合外部多方面的资源,因此,采用政产学研协同模式来推进地方高校财经素养教育显得十分必要。政产学研协同模式下地方高校推进财经素养教育的运行机制包括要素协同机制、资源共享机制、运行保障机制与考核评价机制。文章探讨了政产学研多元主体在上述机制中的组成、作用、运行模式,为地方高校推进财经素养教育提供可操作性指导。

Financial literacy education is an important part of talent training in local universities. With economic and social development, various external resources will be integrated because of the compound requirements of financial literacy education.Therefore, it is necessary to adopt the government-industry-university-research collaborative mode to improve the financial literacy education of local universities. The operation mechanism of promoting financial literacy education in local universities includes element coordination mechanism, resource sharing mechanism, operation guarantee mechanism and assessment and evaluation mechanism. This paper discusses the composition, function and operation mode of the multiple subjects of government, industry,university and research in the above mechanism, and provides an operable guide for local universities to promote financial literacy education.
