新时代高校劳动教育的价值及实践理路研究

Research on the Value and Practice of College Labor Education in the New Era

劳动教育是发展全面教育的重要组成部分,是学生成长的必备环节,具有重要意义。当前,高校劳动教育实践中存在机制不完善、内容窄化以及大学生劳动意识淡薄等现象,弱化了劳动教育的实效。为充分发挥劳动教育对推进中华民族伟大复兴、落实立德树人根本任务以及促进大学生全面发展的重要作用,应从完善劳动教育体制机制、丰富劳动教育内容体系、激发学生自主劳动意识、创制多元立体评价体系入手,提升劳动教育质量,培养合格社会主义建设者与接班人。

Labor education is an important part of the development of comprehensive education and a necessary link for the growth of students. At present, there are some phenomena in the practice of labor education, such as imperfect mechanism, narrow content and weak labor consciousness of college students, which weakens the effectiveness of labor education. In order to give full play to the important role of labor education in promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, carrying out the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating people and promoting the all-round development of college students, this paper holds that we should improve the labor education system and mechanism, enrich the content system of labor education, stimulate students’ independent labor consciousness, create a multi-dimensional evaluation system, so as to improve the quality of labor education and train qualified socialist builders and successors.
