智能零售产业产教融合模式及教学体系研究

作为湖南“三高四新”战略项目之一的智能售货机终端产业,市场应用规模及应用领域在快速突破和发展,智能售货机投放项目运营管理方面的人才处于急缺状态。目前智能售货机运营管理人员的培养,还是以生产企业主办的客户培训为主要模式,往往只是解决机器安装与调试的问题,培训内容单一且缺乏系统性,难以满足市场需求。通过研究,提出了智能零售产业与高校开展深度产教融合的模式及具体建设思路,基于这一思路,校企可以共同打造智能零售产教融合基地,在培养市场紧缺人才的同时,共同推进行业快速良性发展。

As one of the "three-high & four-new" strategic projects in Hunan, the smart vending machine terminal industry has made rapid breakthrough and development in the market application scale and application field, and the talents in the operation and management of the smart vending machine project are in urgent need. At present, the training of intelligent vending machine operation management personnel is mainly based on customer training sponsored by production enterprises, which often only solves the problem of machine installation and commissioning. The training content is single and lacks systematization, which is difficult to meet the market demand. Through the research, the model and specific construction ideas of in-depth integration of production and education between intelligent retail industry and universities are given. Based on this idea, schools and enterprises can jointly build a smart retail integration base of production and education, and jointly promote the rapid and healthy development of the industry while cultivating talents in short supply in the market.
