我国残疾人康复研究的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Research on Rehabilitation for People with Disabilities

运用CiteSpace对我国“十二五”以来残疾人康复研究情况进行可视化分析,分析表明康复需求、康复服务、康复人才、社区康复、ICF及ICF-CY和公平问题是研究热点。在研究残疾人康复需求及其影响因素的基础上,开始探讨康复需求与康复服务的匹配度。社区康复成为残疾人康复的重要模式,康复人才是阻碍我国残疾人康复事业发展的重要因素,残疾人康复的公平性更加突出。建议未来残疾人康复要以政策为本,更新现代残疾人康复理念;以需求为本,多途径提高康复服务质量;以社区康复为主,注重本土化社区康复的实例与推广;倡导公平,让残疾人共享社会发展成果;科技助残,加强辅助器具的研发和应用。

Using CiteSpace to visualize the research on the rehabilitation of the disabled in my country since the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the analysis shows the research hotspots are mainly rehabilitation needs,rehabilitation services, and rehabilitation talents, community rehabilitation, ICF and ICF-CY and equity issues. Since the 12th five-year plan, on the basis of studying the rehabilitation needs of the disabled and their influencing factors, the matching degree of rehabilitation needs and rehabilitation services has been discussed. Community-based rehabilitation has become an important model for the rehabilitation of the disabled. Rehabilitation talents have become an important factor hindering the development of the rehabilitation of the disabled in my country, and the fairness of the rehabilitation of the disabled has become more prominent.It is suggested that the future rehabilitation of the disabled should be policy-oriented and update the modern concept of rehabilitation for the disabled;demand-oriented, improve the quality of rehabilitation services in multiple ways;focus on community-based rehabilitation, focusing on the examples and promotion of localized community-based rehabilitation;advocate fairness and let Disabled people share the achievements of social development;science and technology help the disabled,and strengthen the research and development and application of assistive devices.
