摘要
介绍了OCC工艺生产高牌号蠕墨铸铁的设备以及生产流程,详细阐述了稳定批量生产高牌号蠕墨铸铁的生产控制要点,以平衡高力学性能与缩松二者为出发点,重点从凝固方式及蠕化丝线等方面分析材料的力学性能、蠕化率及缩松倾向的影响因素。最后指出:(1)原铁液碳含量的增加可以降低缩松倾向,但要保证碳含量不要超出共晶点,过共晶凝固反而增加了缩松倾向,同时大幅度降低铸件的力学性能;(2)二次补加喂丝、补加原铁液可以作为补救铁液处理异常的有效手段,对批量生产过程稳定有较大意义。
The equipment and production flow of OCC process used for production of high grade vermicular graphite iron was introduced,the key production control points of stable batch producing high grade vermicular iron were described in details.Based on the balance between high mechanical properties and shrinkage porosities,the factors influencing mechanical pro-perties,vermicularity and shrinkage tendency were analyzed from the aspects of solidification mode and vermicularizing wire.Finally it was pointed out:(1)Increasing C content of base iron liquid could reduce shrinkage tendency,however it was must to ensure C content being not higher that eutectic point,hypereutectic solidification would increase shrinkage tendency and greatly decrease mechanical properties of casting.(2)Secondly adding wire injection or base iron liquid could be an effective means to remedy abnormal iron liquid treatment that had great significance to the stability of batch production process.
