燃气轮机压气缸铸件的工艺设计和改进

摘要 介绍了燃气轮机压气缸铸件的结构及技术要求,详细阐述了铸造工艺方案的选择以及首件铸件的缩松及夹渣缺陷,通过采取合理的应对措施,解决了相关的问题,完成了压气缸铸件的研发和交付。最后指出:(1)通过调整内浇道的位置和流速,压气缸顶部法兰的夹渣问题得到明显改进;(2)采用顶法兰向上的工艺方案,冒口放置在最高处,利用冷铁调整温度梯度,形成顺序补缩,可有效解决缩松问题;(3)在工艺设定的范围内,适当提高浇注温度,有利于夹渣问题的解决。 The structure and technical requirements of gas turbine compressor castings were introduced.The selection of casting process plan and the shrinkage,porosity and slag inclusion defects of the first casting were described in detail.By taking reasonable countermeasures,the related problems were solved,and the development and delivery of compressor castings were completed.Finally,it was pointed out:(1)By adjusting the position and flow rate of the inner runner,the slag inclusion problem of the top flange of the compressor had been significantly improved.(2)The process plan with the top flange upward was adopted,the riser was placed at the highest position,and the cooling iron adjusted the temperature gradient to form sequential feeding,which could effectively solve the shrinkage porosity problem.(3)Appropriately increasing the pouring temperature within the range set by the process was conducive to the solution of slag inclusion problem.
