迪砂线生产刹车盘用涂料性能和工艺研究

摘要 以自配涂料和某公司A涂料为试验对象进行了原材料粒度性能影响试验、砂芯渗透性能试验、波美度浓度的对比试验以及涂料流痕的解决试验,结合现有的生产条件,通过采取调整涂料成分、更改生产工艺等措施,解决了通风盘风道内脉纹、粘砂缺陷。最后指出:(1)浸涂后的砂芯存在一定深度的渗透性,能起到防粘砂和脉纹的效果;(2)涂层厚度越厚,防脉纹效果越好,但过厚会影响铸件尺寸,最大干态涂层厚度应控制在200~250μm;(3)涂料合理的消光时间不仅有利于涂料的流动,还有利于减少流痕的出现。 Taking self-prepared coating and A coating of some company as object,conducted test on grain size influence,test on sand core penetrating property,comparative test on Baume degree concentration,and test to solve coating flowing trace.Through adjusting coating composition,changing production process,solved the veining and sand burning-on defects in air duct of ventilated disc.Finally pointed out:(1)After being coating dipped,the sand core had some depth of penetration which had effect to prevent sand burning-on and veining.(2)The thicker the coating layer,the better its anti-veining effect,however too big thickness would influence the dimensions of casting,so the maximum dried coating thickness should be controlled in 200~250μm.(3)Flatting time of the coating not only in favor of the coating flowing,but also in favor of reducing flowing trace occurring.
