摘要
针对缸盖毛坯尺寸测量,从扫描方式、测量能力指数和重复性再现性、与三坐标划线尺寸对比分析这3个方面进行手持三维光学扫描测量系统的相关应用研究,结果表明:(1)手持三维光学扫描系统采用蛛网扫描方式可有效提高扫描数据精度,并满足试验铸铁缸盖的测量能力要求;(2)手持式三维光学扫描系统的分辨力满足缸盖的测量要求,重复性、再现性满足缸盖毛坯尺寸的测量需求;(3)手持式三维光学扫描仪的尺寸精度和尺寸稳定性优于三坐标划线。
For the size measurement of the cylinder head rough casting,the relevant application of the handheld 3D optical scanning measurement system was studied from the scanning mode,the measurement ability index and the repetitive reprod-ucibility,and the comparative analysis with the three-coordinate line drawing size.The result showed:(1)Hand-held 3D optical scanning system uses spider-web scanning method,could effectively improve the accuracy of scanning data and meet the measurement ability requirements of test cast iron cylinder head.(2)The resolution of the hand-held 3D optical scanning system met the measurement requirements of the cylinder head,its repeatability,reproducibility met size measurement requir-ements of cylinder head rough casting.(3)The dimensional accuracy and dimensional stability of the handheld 3D optical scanner were better than three coordinate line drawing.
