摘要
双层探测器光谱CT是目前唯一的探测器驱动的双能量CT,具有辐射剂量低、对比剂使用剂量低、影像质量高、能量解析准确的优势。其在减少头颈部CT影像的金属伪影、提高隐匿性病变的检出、改善头颈部血管的显示、评估血管斑块负荷、鉴别不同头颈部疾病中具有重要价值。就双层探测器光谱CT在头颈部影像质量改善、脑卒中诊治、颈动脉粥样硬化、头颈部肿瘤中的研究现状及进展进行综述。
The double-layer spectral detector computed tomography(CT) is currently the only detector-driven dualenergy CT with the advantages of low radiation dose, reduced contrast dose, high image quality, and accurate energy resolution, which is of great value in reducing metallic artifacts in head and neck CT images, improving the detection of occult lesions, improving the display of head and neck vessels, assessing vascular plaque load, and differentiating head and neck diseases. This paper reviews the research progress of dual-layer spectral detector CT in the improvement of head and neck CT image quality, diagnosis and therapy of stroke, carotid atherosclerosis, and head and neck tumors.
