摘要
在进一步提高主机参数的同时尽量降低建设成本和技术难度,已经成为提高火电机组效率的较好选择。针对650℃等级机组,重点介绍了C-HRA-2、HR6W、Sanicro25、HT700等新型耐高温材料的性能特点,并对主蒸汽和高温再热蒸汽管道的选材方案进行了分析研究。分析表明,C-HRA-2材料在性能方面可满足650℃等级超超临界机组高温高压管道材料的要求,推荐采用。
It has become a better choice to improve the efficiency of the unit by further improving the parameters and reducing the construction cost and technical difficulty of the unit as much as possible.Aiming at the 650℃grade unit,the performance of C-HRA-2,HR6W,Sanicro25 and HT700 is introduced in this paper as new heat-resistant material.The material selection schemes of main steam and high temperature reheat steam pipelines are analyzed and studied.The result shows that the performance of C-HRA-2 can meet the requirements of high temperature and high pressure pipeline material of 650℃ultra-supercritical power unit.C-HRA-2 material is recommended.
