摘要 针对某10 kV架空绝缘导线在挂网运行后连续发生多起断线故障的问题,利用外观形貌分析、力学性能检测、显微组织观察及断口微区分析等方法对绝缘导线的断裂机理及原因进行了分析。结果表明,铝绞线与耐张线夹间的接触磨损是导致架空绝缘导线断裂的主要原因。为防止该类断裂再次发生,提出采用包裹软铝带以及在适当部位加装防振鞭和防振锤等建议。 In view of the problem that a 10 kV overhead insulated conductor is frequently cracked after short-term operation,the fracture mechanism and causes of insulated conductor are analyzed by means of appearance analysis, mechanical properties test, microstructure observation and fracture micro area analysis. The results show that the contact wear between aluminum strand and strain clamp is the main reason for the fracture of overhead insulated conductor. To prevent such fracture from recurring, this paper puts forward suggestions of using wrapping soft aluminum tape and installing anti-vibration whip or anti-vibration hammer at appropriate parts.
