产后逐瘀胶囊联合生化汤对分娩后产妇子宫复旧的影响

Effect of Chanhou Zhuyu Capsule Combined with Shenghua Decoction on Involution of Uterus After Delivery

目的 研究产后逐瘀胶囊联合生化汤对分娩后产妇子宫复旧的影响。方法 选取2019年5月-2021年5月在我院分娩的66例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予产后逐瘀胶囊联合生化汤治疗,比较两组子宫复旧效果、产后恢复指标、不同时间段宫底高度、血红蛋白(HBG)、红细胞计数(RBC)、并发症发生率以及临床不良反应发生率。结果 观察组子宫复旧总有效率为93.94%,高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05);观察组分娩后24 h出血量、恶露持续时间、腹痛持续时间均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组分娩后1 d宫底高度与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组分娩后2、3 d宫底高度均小于对照组(P<0.05);两组分娩后产妇HBG、RBC水平低于分娩前,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 产后逐瘀胶囊联合生化汤可提升分娩后产妇子宫复旧效果,降低出血量,缩短腹痛、恶露排出时间,促进子宫高度恢复,减少HBG、RBC的损失,降低并发症发生率,且联合治疗不增加不良反应发生几率。

Objective To study the effect of Chanhou Zhuyu capsule combined with Shenghua decoction on involution of uterus after delivery.Methods From May 2019 to May 2021, 66 parturients who gave birth in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 33 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was given Chanhou Zhuyu capsule combined with Shenghua decoction on the basis of the control group. The involution of uterus effect, postpartum recovery index, uterine fundus height at different time periods, hemoglobin(HBG), red blood cell count(RBC), complication rate and clinical adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of involution of uterus in the observation group was 93.94%, which was higher than 81.82% in the control group(P<0.05). The amount of bleeding 24 hours after delivery, the duration of lochia and abdominal pain in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the height of uterine fundus at 1 d after delivery between the observation group and the control group( P>0.05). The height of uterine fundus at 2 and 3days after delivery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of HBG and RBC in the two groups after delivery were lower than those before delivery, but the observation group was higher than the control group( P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Chanhou Zhuyu capsule combined with Shenghua decoction can improve the effect of involution of uterus after delivery, reduce the amount of bleeding, shorten the time of abdominal pain and lochia discharge, promote the recovery of uterine height, reduce the loss of HBG and RBC, reduce the incidence of complications, and the combined treatment does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
