中药对缺血性脑血管病的防治作用

Preventive Effect of Chinese Medicine on Ischemic Cerebrovascular Disease

缺血性脑血管病是神经外科常见综合征,其病因繁多、治疗困难,常伴有较高的致残、致死风险,是导致我国中老年人死亡的重要危险因素,因此,寻求有效防治措施尤为重要。近年来,中医药在缺血性脑血管病防治的应用中取得了可喜进展,其方案具有多环节、多靶点、多途径等特点,可借助中医辨证论治原则,灵活运用活血、化痰、疏肝、健脾、补肾、解毒等方式,实现标本兼治、内外同调的目的,且安全性高,为缺血性脑血管病的治疗提供了新的临床思路。基于此,本文将近年来的相关研究进行综述,以期为缺血性脑血管病的临床治疗提供一定参考依据。

Ischemic cerebrovascular disease is a common syndrome in neurosurgery. It has many causes and is difficult to treat. It is often accompanied by a high risk of disability and death. It is an important risk factor for the death of middle-aged and elderly people in China. Therefore,it is particularly important to seek effective prevention and treatment measures. In recent years, the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease has made gratifying progress. The scheme has the characteristics of multi-link, multitarget and multi-channel. With the help of the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, it can flexibly use the methods of activating blood circulation, resolving phlegm, soothing liver, invigorating spleen, tonifying kidney and detoxification, so as to achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes, internal and external coordination, and high safety, which provides a new clinical idea for the treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Based on this, this paper reviews the related research in recent years, in order to provide some reference for the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
