Effect Evaluation Method of Acupoint Application in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

慢性阻塞性肺疾病分为发作期和稳定期,在稳定期控制该病的急性发作是治疗的关键。穴位贴敷治疗是用于慢阻肺稳定期的常见中医肺康复方法,临床疗效显著,但目前缺乏系统、统一的评价穴位贴敷治疗效果的方法。本文对常用的评价穴位贴敷疗法的指标进行综述,以期为穴位贴敷的临床应用提供一定参考依据。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is divided into attack period and stable period. Controlling the acute attack of the disease in the stable period is the key to treatment. Acupoint application therapy is a common pulmonary rehabilitation method of traditional Chinese medicine for stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and the clinical effect is remarkable. However, there is no systematic and unified method to evaluate the effect of acupoint application therapy. This article reviews the commonly used evaluation indicators of acupoint application therapy, in order to provide a reference for the clinical application of acupoint application.
