钒对铸铁组织和性能的影响

摘要 简单介绍了钒的理化性能及Fe-V相图的特征情况,示出了钒对Fe-C相图中C点、对铸铁稳定和亚稳定共晶平衡温度的影响情况;综述了钒对铸铁金相组织和力学性能的影响,指出:在铸铁中加入钒以后,会使基体组织细化,含钒碳化物会使片状珠光体变成粒状珠光体;ω(V)量在0.5%以下时,随ω(V)量增加抗拉强度呈直线增加,同时钒也可提高铸铁的硬度和耐磨性能。最后,阐述了高铬白口铸铁与球墨铸铁中钒的作用与特性。 The physical and chemical properties of vanadium and the characteristics of Fe-V phase diagram are briefly introduced.The influence of vanadium on point C in Fe-C phase diagram and on stable and metastable eutectic equilibrium temperature of cast iron is shown.The effect of vanadium on microstructure and mechanical properties of cast iron is reviewed.It is pointed out that the addition of vanadium to cast iron can refine the matrix structure,and vanadium-containing carbides can change the flake pearlite into granular pearlite.When theω(V)content is below 0.5%,the tensile strength increases linearly with the increase of theω(V)content.Meanwhile,the hardness and wear resistance of cast iron can be improved by vanadium.Finally,the function and characteristics of vanadium in high chromium white cast iron and nodular cast iron are described.
