大型压铸结构件对定量炉技术要求探讨

摘要 通过一体化压铸结构件对定量炉的要求分析,阐述了定量炉采用独立定量泵、浸入式加热及单独给料的设计优势,实现了定量精度高、定量质量大、定量速度快和高品质铝液等工艺特性,满足了大型压铸结构件的力学性能和批量化生产要求。 Through the analysis of the requirements of the integrated die casting structural parts for the quantitative furnace,the design advantages of the quantitative furnace using independent quantitative pump,immersion heating and single feeding are described.The technological characteristics of high quantitative precision,high quantitative quality,fast quantitative speed and high quality liquid aluminum are realized,and the mechanical properties and mass production requirements of large die casting structural parts are met.
