摘要
介绍了我国自引入球墨铸铁管生产线以来,水泥内衬离心机第一代“拖压辊底部单侧传动”结构、第二代“滚圈式”结构、第三代“托压辊上压式传动”结构、第四代“皮带悬浮式”结构的特点等,分析了水泥砂浆离心内衬原理与干扰因素,并从产品质量、设备运行、生产效率等方面对不同结构形式的水泥内衬离心机进行了对比。目前第四代“皮带悬浮式”结构在设备运行精度提高的前提下,水泥内衬质量和生产效率均得到了大幅度的提升。
Introduced the first generation "unilateral transmission" at the bottom of the press roller structure, the second generation "roll coil" structure, the third generation "drag the roller pressure transmission" structure, the structure of the fourth generation "belt suspension" of cement lining centrifuge since the introduction of nodular cast iron pipe production line into our country, the characteristics of cement mortar lining centrifugal principle and interference factors were analyzed. In addition, the cement lined centrifuges with different structures are compared from the aspects of product quality, equipment operation and production efficiency. At present, the fourth generation of "belt suspension" structure has achieved significant improvement in cement lining quality and production efficiency under the premise of improving equipment operation accuracy.
