摘要
智能学习平台已经在大学生群体中被广泛使用,而平台上用户之间的知识共享行为能够有效地提升大学生之间的自主学习效果,也是保证平台用户粘性的重要手段之一。课题从TOE理论的视角出发,对大学生在智能学习平台上进行知识共享的影响因素展开调查与分析。课题针对福建高校在校大学生所使用的超星等智能学习平台的使用现状展开数据调研。基于数据分析结果发现,用户个体自我效能感、高校引导氛围、平台的技术支持程度和激励机制与知识共享行为存在显著的正相关关系。进而,课题基于数据分析结果,从高校的知识共享引导氛围层面、个体的自我效能感层面、以及平台的技术支持层面和激励机制层面分别为高校和平台设计者提出可行性建议。
Intelligent learning platforms have been widely utilized by students.Knowledge sharing behaviors on intelligent learning platforms can effectively promote college students’autonomous learning.It is also one of the important means to ensure user stickiness on the intelligent learning platform.In the perspective of TOE theory,this paper investigates and analyzes the influencing factors of college students'knowledge sharing on smart learning platforms.Then,it conducts a survey on current situations of the Super Star smart learning platforms used by students from Fujian Universities.Based on the data analysis,it is found that there are significant positive correlations among users’self-efficacy,universities’guiding atmosphere,technical supports,platforms’incentive mechanism and knowledge sharing behaviors.Furthermore,this paper proposes several feasible suggestions for universities and platform designers from the university aspect,the individual aspect and the platform aspect.
