高校辅导员肩负着落实立德树人根本任务的重要职责,其高素质创新型发展是做好高校思想政治工作的重要范畴和应有之义。高等教育进入新时代,高校辅导员如何从“保姆式”上升为“引领式”,从基础保障工作转变为推动教育教学发展改革,其专业发展的理念和实践范式从外控式转变为内驱式,实现辅导员从职能定位泛化向聚焦价值引领、从角色错位缺陷向全员导学导育转变已成为新的时代诉求。从培养辅导员优秀的政治素养、专业素养、文化素养等核心素养出发,切实打造一支政治素质过硬、专业能力精湛、育人水平高超、师风学风清正的辅导员队伍,以提升新时代育人成效。

College counselors undertake the important responsibility of implementing the fundamental task of morality education,and their high-quality innovative development is an integral part in ideological and political work in universities.As higher education enters a new era,it has become a defining trend to change college counselors’role from"nanny"to"guide",to change their duty from guaranteeing basic needs to promoting education and teaching reform,to change the concept and practice paradigm of college counselors’professional development from external control to internal drive,and to change from functional positioning generalization to focusing on value guidance and from role dislocation defects to all members’guidance-learning and guidance-education.Starting from cultivating the key competencies of counselors,such as excellent political quality,professional quality and cultural quality,a team of counselors with excellent political quality,excellent professional ability,high student cultivation level and good teaching and learning styles will be pressingly built to improve the effectiveness of education in the new era.
