摘要
始自2019年末的新冠疫情持续至今,在作为疫情重灾区的超大城市中,建设水平领先的区级融媒体中心面临着社会治理的重大挑战。本文以县级融媒体中心的三个建设目的为分析框架,以上海2022年新冠疫情期间16个区级融媒体中心的微信公众号为例,分析了其内容生产和传播、服务功能设置等在社会治理实践中的效能与短板,考察了微信公众号作为一种治理技术建构了怎样的“可治理的空间”,并提出了提高治理主体性和加强技术平台化的优化路径。
The COVID-19 epidemic has continued since the end of 2019.In megacities that are the hardest-hit areas of the epidemic,the construction of county-level integrated media centers is facing major challenges in social governance.Taking the three construction purposes of the county-level integrated media center as the analytical framework,and taking the wechat official accounts of 16 districts of Shanghai during the COVID-19 in 2022 as an example,this paper analyzes the effectiveness and short-comings of content production and dissemination,service function setting,etc.in social governance practice,and examines what kind of"governable space"wechat official account has constructed as a governance technology,And put forward the optimized path to improve the governance subjectivity and technology platform.
