口腔正畸在牙周病致前牙移位治疗中的临床效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of orthodontic treatment of anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease

目的:分析口腔正畸在牙周病致前牙移位治疗中的临床有效性。方法:抽取某科室收治的牙周病致前牙移位患者56例作为研究对象,随机等分为两组,对照组行单纯牙周基础治疗,观察组行牙周基础治疗联合口腔正畸治疗,比较两组治疗后牙周袋深度、牙周出血指数、牙槽骨吸收程度、前牙覆合变化、牙齿松动度及患者治疗满意度情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后牙周袋深度、牙周出血指数、牙槽骨吸收程度、前牙覆合深度、牙齿松动度各项指标较对照组效果显著改善,观察组患者治疗满意度评价高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位疗效显著,改善了患者牙周症状和咀嚼功能,患者对治疗结果满意度高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effectiveness of orthodontics in the treatment of anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods:A total of 56 patients with anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease admitted to department were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received periodontal basic treatment alone,and the observation group received periodontal basic treatment combined with orthodontic treatment.The periodontal pocket depth,periodontal bleeding index,alveolar bone absorption,changes of anterior overbite,tooth looseness and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results:After treatment,periodontal pocket depth,periodontal bleeding index,alveolar bone absorption degree,anterior tooth occlusion depth and tooth loosening degree in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the treatment satisfaction evaluation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic treatment of anterior tooth displacement caused by periodontal disease has a significant effect,which not only improves the periodontal symptoms and masticatory function of patients,but also has high satisfaction with the treatment results,which has clinical promotion value.
