一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者的效果观察

Effect of disposable root canal treatment in patients with dental pulp disease department of stomatology

目的:探讨一次性根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者的临床效果。方法:抽取医院收治的88例牙体牙髓病患者为研究对象,44例行多次性根管治疗者作为对照组,44例行一次性根管治疗者作为实验组,观察患者治疗前后炎症因子变化情况及并发症发生情况,随访半年,评估两组治疗效果及咀嚼功能。结果:实验组患者治疗后1周炎症因子IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后1周并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后半年治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗后半年咀嚼功能指标咬合力及咀嚼效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对牙体牙髓病患者予以一次性根管治疗,可促进炎症消退及病灶修复,提高治疗效果,改善咀嚼功能,且该疗法并发症少,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of disposable root canal treatment in patients with dental pulp disease.Method:A total of 88 patients with endodontic disease admitted to hospital were sampled for this study,of which 44 patients with multiple root canal treatment were used as the control group and 44 with one-time root canal treatment were classified into the experimental group to observe the changes of inflammatory factors and the occurrence of complications before and after treatment.The treatment effect and masticatory function of both groups were evaluated after six months of follow-up.Results:The levels of inflammatory factors IL-2,IL-6,TNFand CRP were significantly lower(P<0.05),The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 week after treatment(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group half a year after treatment(P<0.05),and bite force and chewing efficiency in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:One-time root canal therapy for patients with dental pulp disease can promote inflammation regression and lesion repair,improve the treatment effect and chewing function,and its complications are worth popularizing.
