经颅磁刺激联合齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效

Efficacy of meridian magnetic stimulation+ziprasidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的:探讨应用经颅磁刺激联合齐拉西酮胶囊治疗精神分裂症的效果。方法:将90例研究对象随机分成观察组与对照组,各45例,对照组患者单纯使用齐拉西酮胶囊治疗2个月,观察组患者应用经颅磁刺激联合齐拉西酮胶囊治疗2个月,观察两组治疗效果、糖脂代谢指标及不良反应情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清FPG、TC水平较治疗前降低,治疗后血清FINS、NT水平较治疗前提高,观察组患者指标变化幅度较对照组显著(P<0.05),治疗前后两组患者PRL指标水平变化幅度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用经颅磁刺激联合齐拉西酮胶囊治疗精神分裂症的效果满意,可显著改善患者糖脂代谢及神经营养因子水平,同时患者不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To explore the effect of applying meridian magnetic stimulation+ziprasidone capsules in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:90 study subjects were randomly divided into two groups of 45 each,namely the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with ziprasidone capsules for 2 months while the observation group was treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with ziprasidone.After 2 months of capsule treatment,the therapeutic effects,glucose and lipid metabolism indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the serum FPG and TC levels of patients in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the serum FINS and NT levels after treatment were higher than before treatment,and the magnitude of index changes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the changes in PRL index levels in both groups before and after treatment(P>0.05);the difference between the total incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with ziprasidone capsules in the treatment of schizophrenia is satisfactory.It can significantly improve the glucose and lipid metabolism and neurotrophic factor levels in patients with a low incidence of adverse reactions.
