以专科护士为主导的MDT护理模式在临床实践中的价值探究

Study on the value of MDT nursing mode led by specialist nurses in clinical practice

目的:探讨以专科护士为主导的MDT护理模式在临床中的应用价值。方法:选择某医院各科室上报的40例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各20例,其中对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组患者采用MDT护理模式,对比两组患者的日常生活能力,以调查问卷的方式评估对该次护理工作的满意程度,并对MDT护理小组中医护人员的护理水平进行评估。结果:观察组患者的ADL评分高于对照组,观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组医护人员的护理水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床护理工作当中,以专科护士为主体的MDT护理模式可改善患者的日常生活能力,提高患者对护理工作的总满意度,值得研究和借鉴。

Objective:To study the clinical application value of MDT nursing mode led by specialist nurses.Methods:40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease reported by various departments in Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group with 20 in each by random number table method.Control group adopted routine nursing measures while observation group adopted the MDT nursing mode.The daily living ability of the two groups of patients was then compared,and then the level of satisfaction with that care was assessed by means of a questionnaire,and the level of care provided by the medical and nursing staff in the MDT care team was evaluated.Results:The ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing level of the medical staff in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),The difference is statistically significant.Conclusion:In clinical nursing work,the MDT nursing model with specialist nurses as the main body can improve the daily living ability of patients and improve the overall satisfaction of patients with nursing work,which is worthy of study and reference.
