翻转课堂联合TBL教学法对麻醉科住院医师规培教学的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨TBL和翻转课堂相结合在麻醉科住院医师规培中的教学效果。方法:根据麻醉学理论考试成绩,应用抵消平衡法将在某附属第一医院进行规培的36名麻醉学专业的学生分为教改组(n=18)和对照组(n=18)。教改组的教学运用TBL和翻转课堂,对照组采用传统教学方法,系统学习小儿手术麻醉,最后利用调查问卷、知识要点考试和临床技能考核评价教学效果。结果:规培4周后,教改组学生的理论考试成绩、小儿气管插管操作能力以及综合素质能力,如临床思维、自主学习、解决问题、动手操作和团队合作等,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:TBL融合翻转课堂的教学模式可以有效提高麻醉科学生的学习兴趣、效率和临床技能,且能让他们在较短时间内掌握麻醉学的理论知识和操作要点,教学效果良好。 Objective:To evaluate the teaching effect of the combination of TBL(Team-based learning)and Flipped Classroom in the standardized training of anesthesia resident physicians.Methods:According to the result of the anesthesiology theory test,36 anesthesiology students who received standardized training in the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China were divided into the teaching reform group(n=18)and the control group(n=18)using the offset balance method.The teaching reform group students received teaching methods of TBL and Flipped Classroom,while the traditional teaching method was carried out in the control group.Both group residents will systematically study pediatric surgical anesthesia,and finally the teaching effect will be elevated through questionnaires,basic knowledge examinations and clinical skills assessments.Results:After 4 weeks of teaching,the theoretical test scores,pediatric tracheal intubation performance and the abilities of the students in the teaching reform group,such as problem analysis and resolution,clinical thinking,hands-on operation,teamwork and self-learning,were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of TBL and Flipped Classroom not only can improve the learning interest,learning efficiency and clinical skills of the anesthesiology students,but also is able to promote their mastery of the theoretical knowledge and operation points of anesthesiology in a short time.The teaching effect is good.
