Objective:To explore the effect of multidisciplinary multimedia feedback preoperative education on patients undergoing gastrointestinal cancer surgery. Methods:a total of 200 patients who underwent gastrointestinal cancer surgery in our department were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was given routine preoperative propaganda and education, while the observation group was given multidisciplinary multimedia feedback preoperative education, and the preoperative education knowledge and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Meanwhile, the anxiety degree of the two groups was compared in terms of heart rate, blood pressure and State Anxiety Inventory(SAI)score. Results:The preoperative education knowledge score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate, blood pressure and SAI scores showed no significant difference between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After intervention, the heart rate, blood pressure and SAI scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multidisciplinary multimedia feedback preoperative education can effectively improve preoperative knowledge and anxiety of patients with gastrointestinal cancer, and improve nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
