不同浓度血清对猪瘟兔化弱毒株感染滴度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨不同浓度血清对猪瘟兔化弱毒株感染PK-15细胞后感染力的影响,确定猪瘟兔化弱毒株(HCLV)感染PK-15细胞最适宜的血清浓度,试验设置了0%、2%、6%和10%4种不同浓度血清确定其对猪瘟兔化弱毒株感染PK-15细胞感染力的影响,对不同浓度血清和不同收获次数的病毒含量进行测定,并利用统计学软件分析比较不同收获时间、不同浓度血清的病毒含量差异,确定影响病毒含量的主要因素。结果表明:不同浓度的血清对猪瘟病毒感染细胞的感染力有影响。含6%胎牛血清的培养基更适合用于猪瘟兔化弱毒感染PK-15细胞的试验。
